What I'm Reading Lately

It's mid-January, the holiday season finally feels settled, and now it's time to hunker down and make it through the winter (or as I like to dramatically call the period from January to March: The Dark Times). I've been working on writing new posts and I'm at the point where I need to capture video of recommended exercises and routines to go with the posts. Basically, that's a roundabout way of saying that I have some new, original content coming soon, but I want it to be really good and have all of the videos and images you need to safely perform the exercises effectively.
