Jen's passion is helping others create a healthy, active lifestyle. In her work as an orthopedic and sports medicine focused physical therapist, Jen utilizes Pilates principles of centering and alignment with clients throughout the injury and wellness spectrum. Personally, the combination of Pilates, Spinning, and running form her fitness trifecta, keeping her both challenged and injury free in her workouts.

Jen graduated with a bachelor's degree from Miami University, followed by her doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati in 2009. Jen is a certified Spinning instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics as well as a certified Pilates instructor through the Pendleton Pilates teacher training program.  Currently she is furthering her Pilates training through BASI Pilates ProBridge program for Pilates Professionals. With her background as a PT, Jen's specialty is creating a Pilates based exercise program that is suitable to each individual's needs, be it return to sport or simply return to pain-free living. Jen has also recently completed the Fusion Pilates Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist Certification in Asheville, NC and is excited to work with women throughout the pregnancy journey to maintain core strength and heal diastasis recti and pelvic floor disfunction.
